Business Arising
1) Lynda Boulter reported that the action plan
is almost completed
2) Ann McDougall has called a post-note meeting
on our VERY successful quilt show, as soon as she returns to Verona she will
meet with Lynda and update the Blue Book.

4) It was agreed to postpone discussion of the
Pig Roast until the December meeting when more information is available.
5) Don Coleman has 2 signs ready for the parking
lot. There has been a request for a sign next to the corner, but we may have a
courtesy sign instead, as Township approval would be needed for an official
sign and this would entail a bylaw change.
6) Thank-you notes have been sent to a) The
Spaar Family and b) Barb Stewart.
7) The missing key for the sidewalk sign has NOT
been found. A new lock and key has also gone missing. A third new one is
in the box, and a back-up key is available, but please inform Lynda
Boulter if you use it.
8) There are still some details needing attention
that are safety issues – the back door to the parking
lot has been left unlocked again. Also the fireplace downstairs was found left
on. These items will be discussed with session.
9) For Jean Clair’s celebration, there will be
food preparation Friday Nov. 14 with Lynda, Bonnie, Wanda and others whom
Lynda will recruit.

etc), will be Donna & Richard Smith, Linda & Carleton Brown, Denny
Buchanan, Wanda & Ed Asselstine, Marilyn Duffe, Bonnie & Willard Brown,
Lynda & Doug Boulter .
11) Rural Visions tickets will be discontinued
due to lack of use.
12) Denny Buchanan has investigated the Canadian
Fundraiser THE GIVING DAY, and suggests our energies would be better spent in
other ways. It has been tabled until next October.
13) Carolyn Brown of St. Paul’s will work
with Linda Brown on organizing Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner.

said fees. Carried.
Prince Charles Public School will be sending a letter requesting a waiver
of fees for their use of Trinity kitchen at the Craft Fair. The item was
tabled until December pending further information through Lynda Boulter.
Sharon Sole and her team of cleaners tidied, washed windows and did
general clean-up in October.
Don Coleman proposed sending out one letter re: our financial
information, to include any information that session would like to add, not two
letters as last year. Stewards agreed. We will bring it up in the joint
meeting with session. There will be something in the newsletter about our
loan repayment.
