ST. PAUL’S COUNCIL MEETING NOVEMBER 12, 2008

Our wonderful secretary is going to retire.

Nancy Moore-Carr is the head of a search committee and resumes are currently being submitted.

The Sunday School children are enthusiastically planning

a float for the Harrowsmith parade on Dec. 6^th.

The Craft & Bake Sale was a huge success with almost $1,000.00 made, of which $320.00 is going to M&S.

The cookie tin campaign is on. Baking bee is Nov. 28^th.

Orders are being taken for pick-up on Dec.6^th.

The Social Planning Committee is holding a complimentary pancake breakfast from 8 to 9:30 on Dec. 6^th. before the parade.

St. Paul’s Family Christmas Pot Luck will be held on Dec. 13^th

at 5:30 p.m.

All of the turkeys are being donated by Costco for the food hampers!

This year’s angel gifts will focus on warm clothing for teens.
